Andrew Simko
Andrew is a life long Floridian who grew up in Jupiter, Florida. After graduating from Jupiter High School, he went on to complete his bachelors degree at the University of Central Florida. Andrew received a Certificate in Advocacy at Stetson University College of Law, which had the highest ranked Trial Advocacy Program in the nation. During law school, he worked for a civil law firm that handled a variety of legal matters including Personal Injury claims. He then worked at the Prosecutor’s Office in Clearwater, Florida, where he began to try cases. After successfully passing the Florida Bar Exam on the first attempt, he served as a prosecutor in Palm Beach County.
As a prosecutor, Andrew handled thousands of cases from Felonies to DUIs with many cases going to trial in front of a jury. While at the State Attorney’s Office, Andrew served as a Lead Prosecuting Attorney in County Court, before he was promoted to the Felony Division. Now Andrew primarily focuses on helping victims of personal injury accidents and defending people who are accused of DUI and criminal cases.
When Andrew is not working, he loves spending time with his wife, Cara, and their two boys.
